1)Built or scaled full-funnel campaigns from scratch in B2B or SMB-Focused products.
2)Experience with outbound tools (Instantly, Woodpecker, Apollo, MailChimp, etc.), CRM (Zoho, Hubspot), and paid platform (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
3)Strong copywriting instincts - can write for action, not just attention.
4)Familiarity with AI tools to speed up testing, iteration, and personalization.

About the Role :
We're looking for a Demand Generation Lead to build and scale our lead pipeline across BhaiFi (Guest WiFi for hospitality, retail, and education) and FirewallX (Network Security, Secure Access & Visibility for IT managers at SMEs / MSPs).
You'll be the first hire in demand gen, working directly with the founder to experiment, launch, and optimize full-funnel campaigns - outbound, paid retargeting, lead nurturing, and more.
This is hands-on builder role, ideal for someone who's not just a campaign executor, but a strategist who thrives on testing, iterating, and delivering pipeline results.
What You'll Do :
Design, launch, and optimize campaigns across outbound, paid ads, landing pages, and email nurture flowsCreate cold outbound sequences (emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn) for specific ICPs like cafe owners, hotel chains, IT managers, enterprises, SMB Owners, Security Heads, CISOs)Build lead magnets, checklists, or value-driven hooks using AI toolsPlan and execute retargeting ads, segment leads, and maintain pixel hygieneCollaborate with founder to translate product insight into campaign messagingTrack metrics like CAC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead velocityCoordinate with sales to ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-upUse AI to generate, iterate, and scale campaigns (ChatGPT, Clay etc.)What You Must Have :
