Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role as an F & B Captain at Dolphin Hotels Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad. The F & B Captain will oversee the food and beverage operations, Supervise staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain quality standards at the outlets of the hotels.
• Upselling and promote the Food & Beverages anticipating the guest satisfaction.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification is Diploma / Bachelors in Hotel Management .
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, especially in renowned star hotels.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations
• Customer-oriented mindset
