Responsibilities and Accountabilities :

Complete Objectives and Key Results (OKR) as established by value teams, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Lead infrastructure compliance strategic initiatives globally, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective implementation of compliance measures
Support continuous process improvements to DigitalX infrastructure management policies, processes, and procedures, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices
Conduct quality reviews of information systems change requests, project deliverables, and other tasks related to DigitalX infrastructure systems. Ensure completeness, adherence to approved procedures, and auditability of all documentation and processes
Collaborate with the quality assurance to address and resolve any deviations from established processes, ensuring that corrective actions are taken and documented
Understand and supports procedures to facilitate the change process for infrastructure changes in a multi-sourced environment
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with infrastructure changes

Requirements

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information System or related field

5 + years relevant experience related to change management, configuration management, release management, document development, infrastructure compliance and application testing

Knowledge of Information Security Processes

Experience in electronic change management systems

Demonstrated experience in teaming skills incorporating global cross-functional teams, peer relationships, informing, and understanding and appreciating differences

Exceptional attention to details and ability to consistently produce high quality and accurate work.

Organized self-starter; versatile and capable of working with minimal management oversight

Proficient time management skills and ability to juggle multiple, competing priorities

Strong consultative skills, with the ability to advise and consult with business and technical professionals

Preferred Qualifications :

Knowledge of computer systems validation and SDLC

Knowledge of ITIL Change Management Processes

Experience in Service Now
