Title : Communication Designer

About Setu :

Setu is reimagining the digital financial future of India. Our products power onboarding, payments, lending, deposits, and financial data flows for dozens of businesses — making complex journeys simple, secure & scalable.

  • Build and define Setu’s visual language across decks, campaigns, social, animations, videos, and more.
  • AI-first design : Leverage cutting-edge tools to prototype, iterate, and scale creative work.
  • Work on high-impact campaigns, product launches, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and manage agencies / freelancers.

What you’ll do :

  • Create multi-format communication assets : decks, one-pagers, social posts, animations, videos, infographics.
  • Translate complex fintech products into simple, visually engaging stories .
  • Lead campaign visuals from ideation to execution.
  • Ensure brand consistency while exploring fresh visual directions.
  • Work with D91 labs on thought leadership creatives

    • What we want :

  • 4–6 yrs experience in visual / communication design.
  • Expertise across multiple formats (social, decks, video, motion graphics).
  • Experience managing agencies / freelancers.
  • Comfortable with AI-first design workflows.
  • Strong storytelling & fintech visual sensibility.
