Job description

We are seeking a driven professional to generate revenue within the landlord representation vertical . This role requires a domain and geography expert who can build strong client relationships and provide strategic real estate solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing real estate plans, overseeing analyses, and ensuring seamless communication and coordination across all project stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Client Management :
  • Implement real estate plans for key accounts, new accounts, and repeat business , understanding the client's strategic real estate goals.
  • Engage with clients to provide regular updates on market trends, competition, and transactions .
  • Generate new business through both direct corporate marketing channels and indirect associates / broker channels .
  • Ensure a smooth flow of communication with the landlord and manage their expectations effectively.
  • Handle client queries and provide suitable solutions.
  • Project & Financial Oversight :
  • Assist with project initiation and scope definition, identifying client needs, constraints, timing, and budget.
  • Oversee a variety of analyses and documents, including Requests for Proposals (RFPs) , proposal comparison packages , and broker's opinions of value .
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles and review complex financial analyses and reports.
  • Team & Stakeholder Coordination :
  • Supervise and work closely with team members on their development needs to achieve collective and individual targets.
  • Coordinate with Cushman & Wakefield's teams (Leasing, Project Management, Facility Management, etc.) and other IPCs to ensure seamless service line integration.
  • Demonstrate effective coordination skills with various clients, vendors, and sites.
  • Problem Solving & Analytics :
  • Solve advanced problems and navigate complex situations using expert-level analytical and quantitative skills .
  • Proficient in using advanced tools in PPT presentations and Excel .

  • Strong client interface and corporate client handling skills.
  • Proven experience in developing strategic solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a team of interdisciplinary individuals.
  • Self-driven with strong execution and client query handling abilities.
  • Service-oriented background.
  • Ability to network and contribute as a team member.
  • Understand basic technical aspects of a Real Estate Office Project.
  • Qualifications

  • A professional background with applicable industry tenure.
  • An MBA or a similar combination of education and experience is preferred.
