VetPartners is now inviting expressions of interest for our 2026 Graduate Academy. Our clinics are carefully selected and assessed to ensure they have the resources, commitment, and team culture to provide you with the right start in your career.

What to Expect from the Program :

During your first year of employment will be when you will be enrolled in our award winning 12 months Graduate program, you'll become an integral part of one of our established veterinary hospitals and its team. They will guide and support you through a structured training program, offering valuable clinical experience, informal and formal on-the-job learning, and regular check-ins with mentors.

• Guaranteed onsite Clinical Mentor & Graduate Manager for continuous improvement and to provide support every step of the way
• Veterinary Training Centre practical workshops in surgical and dentistry
• Development in surgery and medicine across our small animal practices
• Tailored CPD including webinars, clinical conferences, and skill-based training
• Access to Vet Education for self-reflective and constructive education
