Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a significant focus on MuleSoft
Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST, Bulk) and integration capabilities.
Expert proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Anypoint Studio, API Manager and Runtime Manager.
Experience with various integration patterns, data mapping, and transformation techniques.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
MuleSoft Certified Developer Integration Professional certification is required; Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
Understanding of security best practices for integrations and experience implementing secure integrations.
Experience with agile development methodologies.

Key Position Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and deploy integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

Work extensively with the Enterprise Architecture team to design integrations that meet critical business objectives and deliver value.

Participate in the full SDLC for integration projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing and deployment.

Collaborate with business analysts, Salesforce developers and other stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Ensure efficiency of integrations, both in performance and cost.

Configure and manage MuleSoft connectors, flows, and transformations to ensure seamless data exchange.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce integrations and MuleSoft applications.

Contribute to the development of technical documentation, including integration specifications, flow diagrams, and test plans.

Contribute and adhere to architecture and development guidelines and best practices for integrations.

Stay up to date with the latest MuleSoft and Salesforce integration technologies and best practices.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining code quality standards for integration solutions.
