About the Job : The role focuses on integrating Guidewire and SAP systems to improve business processes and operational efficiency, particularly in the insurance domain.

Title : Business Data Analyst

Job Location : Multiple Location (Noida, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad)

Educational Background : Bachelors degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics or related field is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements for integration projects involving SAP and Guidewire.

Analyze insurance-related business processes and SAP functionalities.

Design integration solutions that align with business needs.

Create detailed data flow and mapping documents between SAP and Guidewire systems.

Develop and implement integration solutions to ensure seamless data exchange across enterprise systems.

Maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes and project outcomes.

Act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.

Skills Required :

5+ years of experience in business analysis, especially in integration projects.

Expertise in Guidewire, SAP-RI, SAP-CD, and ACORD Standards.

Strong understanding of system mapping, data structures, and integration methodologies.

Familiarity with API management, data integration tools, and SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture).

Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
