Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager for our fine dinning restaurant courtyard at pal heights mantra at pahal Bhubaneswar . The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and high standards of customer service, managing food and beverage operations, training staff, and maintaining effective communication among team members and with guests.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Skills in Food & Beverage management
• Experience in working in a restaurant of a four star hotel
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a must
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is a must
