Experience : Min. 3 years of experience with facility / hospitality operations.
Prerequisites for a Center Manager :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
 - Strong organisational and time management skills
 - Basic excel knowledge and an aptitude to be trained and be able to use any other software.
 - Basic idea for all HV AC / AC units (AHUs, AWU, Comfort Acs) and Utility (Air Compressor, Temperature etc.)
 - Basic idea of Water TDS, Sanitaries, Necessary office stationery, electrical plugs & sockets (AC / DC),
 - Basic idea of Electricity metres & power generators and backups.
 - To have sufficient knowledge of operating principles, safety equipment and technical specifications.
 - A person should be highly presentable with good grooming and clothing standards.
 
Job Role :
To keep the property in a spick & span space.Overseeing all vendor quotations and invoices.To Keep a check on sanity and the ambience of the property & consumables quality.Proven experience of team handling including (HouseKeeping Staff, Supervisors)To keep a track using appropriate inspection checklists & to detail their findings.Maintenance of Water TDS, Sanitaries, Necessary office stationery, electrical plugs & sockets(AC / DC),Cafeteria Management including Pantry staff & Consumables.Maintenance of Water security systems, parking, lights Basic knowledge of Building materials , Interior design & concept, washrooms & essential toiletries.Administer smooth office operations and administration.
