Roles & Responsibilities :

Converting creative briefs into compelling design for our target audience

Planning and managing all stages of the design projects

Keen sense of Layout & Composition and Typography

Basic Vector graphics, Motion Graphics & Illustration skills

Critical thinking & best articulation of brand value

Grasp over textual & visual content creation.

Conduct multiple iterations based on the team feedback and Brand Communication.

Ensure the independent prioritization and delivery of high-quality features.

Managing multiple projects simultaneously with the best turnaround time.

Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images - Brand guidelines.

Continuously improve the existing designs by bringing the best possible output.

Prerequisites :

Should be highly creative and have an impressive portfolio of design projects.

At least 4yrs of industry experience on Adobe Suite- proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.

Experience managing and mentoring junior team members.

Team spirit : effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Must have good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to seamlessly coordinate with external clients.

Great at managing time with multi-tasking ability.

Any graduate or non-graduate with relevant field experience.
