Amazon Marketplace Specialist

We're looking for a detail-oriented Amazon Marketplace Specialist to oversee our Amazon presence end-to-end. This is a tactical role with clear objectives : drive sales growth, scale reviews, maintain account health, and execute promotional strategies.

This specialist will manage Amazon listings, coordinate inventory, oversee advertising execution (in collaboration with our Head of Growth), and handle promotions while closely monitoring metrics like BSR, TACOS, and ROAS. The ideal candidate views marketplace management as both an art and a strategic lever.

The successful applicant will :

  • Be an experienced Amazon operator with over 4 years of experience managing Amazon for direct-to-consumer brands
  • Have strong analytical skills, using data insights to drive decisions on stock, pricing, and promotional cadence
  • Be well-versed in Amazon ads and AI / automation tools
  • Excel in collaborative environments, working effectively with vendors, partners, and internal cross-functional teams

This specialist will be responsible for :

  • Owning and growing our Amazon presence end-to-end : increasing sales, visibility, and account footprint
  • Managing product listings across all categories, including copy, images, and compliance, to maximize discoverability and conversion
  • Monitoring and improving performance KPIs : sales growth, organic rank, reviews, inventory turnover, in-stock rate, TACOS, and ROAS
  • Strategically executing campaigns and promotional initiatives during key sales periods, balancing organic growth levers
  • Collaborating with the Head of Growth on Amazon advertising campaigns
  • Leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline workflows, analyze trends, and inform growth decisions
