As Manager – Design Operations, you're the one ensuring architects can do their best work and customers get exactly what they envisioned without delays, confusion, or chaos. You'll streamline design workflows, align internal teams, handle escalations like a diplomat, and make sure payments follow the progress.What You’ll Do : Act as the glue between the architects and the customers, translating technical drawings into customer-friendly conversations and vice versa.Manage and monitor the entire structural design process from kickoff to sign-off.
