Key Responsibility

1.Source and enroll candidates from Northeast states for hospitality jobs and degree programs.

2. Drive admissions through B2C (direct students) and B2B (admission partners, schools, NGOs) channels.

3. Build and manage a network of local admission partners and mobilizers.

4. Conduct outreach activities – school visits, seminars, and community events.

5. Counsel students and parents about program benefits and career opportunities.

6.Coordinate with internal admissions and placement teams for smooth onboarding.

7. Promote the program through local campaigns, WhatsApp groups, and social media.

8. Achieve monthly and quarterly sourcing and admission targets.

9. Travel across Northeast states for sourcing, training partners, and events.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred fields : Arts, Commerce, Education, or Social Work).

Additional certification or diploma in Marketing, Community Development, or Skill Development Management will be an advantage.

Experience

3–4 years of experience in field sourcing, mobilization, or community outreach , preferably within the Education, Training, or Skill Development sector.

Prior experience working in paid programs (fee-based training, admissions, or employability programs) is mandatory.

Experience in handling target-based mobilization and student / community engagement activities .

Strong local network and familiarity with the North East (NE) region .

Ability to identify, engage, and mobilize potential candidates for education or skilling programs.

Good understanding of local demographics, youth groups, and community influencers .

Capable of organizing mobilization camps, events, and community outreach drives .

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

Excellent verbal communication in English and local / regional languages.

Strong interpersonal and public interaction skills .

Ability to convince, motivate, and counsel students, parents, and community members.

Professional Attributes

Willingness to travel extensively across assigned districts and project areas.

Target-driven , self-motivated, and able to work independently in the field.

Reporting discipline with regular updates on mobilization progress.

Basic proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and digital communication tools (WhatsApp, email, etc.).

Requirements

Convert leads into admissions through effective follow-up. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets. Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM / ERP. Explain course details, fees, and payment options clearly. Coordinate with the finance team for fee collection and documentation. Maintain good relationships with students and parents. Support marketing campaigns through calling and WhatsApp follow-ups. Participate in admission drives, events, and promotional activities. Share daily reports and updates with the Center Manager. Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism always. Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field. Additional certification in Sales, Counseling, or Customer Relationship Management will be an added advantage. Experience 1+ years of experience in tele-counseling, inside sales, student enrollment, or customer relationship roles, preferably in the EdTech or Training industry.
