As a telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our services, and providing exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and clients to generate leads and promote services.
Maintain a clear understanding of the products and services offered by the company.
Assist customers with inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving any issues.
Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with potential customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional needs.
