EXO Edge is looking for experienced Yardi application support specialists to join our 24x7 IT team providing L1 / L2 / L3 support. An ideal candidate will bring a combination of hands-on technical expertise from a fast-paced and growing environment.
Primarily Focused On
In your journey at EXO Edge, you will be :
- Helping users with Yardi application.
- Working the help desk queue.
- Helping configure and customize Yardi, when needed.
- Working closely with other IT staff members and vendors.
Roles And Responsibilities
The role of the Yardi Support Specialist is to assist the Yardi Administrator in all aspects of the Yardi software including setup, day-to-day operations, and troubleshooting.
Ensure on-site property teams comply with Yardi and all other licensed Yardi product processes and procedures and provide training on an as-needed basis.Assist in set up of new properties in Yardi for new developments, property takeovers, sales, and transfers of management.Manage and prioritize licensed Yardi product support cases to be resolved based on due date and level of impact, thoroughly documenting with a category, subcategory, site, and department.Bringing In The Below Education And Experience
Bachelor's degree in either Computer Science / Engineering, Information Systems Management, or equivalent experience2+ years of experience in Yardi application support.Industry experience in property management or affordable housing compliance.Should have experience in amenity additions, updating data, and supporting teams with process and issues related to Yardi.Technically Sound In
