Job description

Position Summary We are looking for dynamic and confident Interview CGE / BDA professionals who can engage with prospective students and their parents to assess interest, clarify queries, and drive enrollment decisions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting one-on-one interviews (virtual or in-person), understanding student requirements, addressing objections, and guiding them toward enrollment . Candidates should be able to connect effectively in the students / parents native language , evaluate engagement from prior webinars or demos, and provide accurate insights to the sales or admissions team.

Role Type : Individual Contributor (IC)

Employment Type : 2-3 Months Internship + Full-time

Package / CTC : 3.6 LPA

What Will You Be Doing

  • Conduct interviews with students to gauge their understanding of previous webinars.
  • Identify interested and qualified leads for program enrollment.
  • Provide personalized guidance and career counseling to potential learners.
  • Maintain a professional, empathetic, and engaging interaction with each student.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth student onboarding and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and feedback.
  • What Were Looking For

  • 0 - 1 year of experience in EdTech(preferred) / B2C Inside Sales / Counselling-led sales (Freshers with strong communication & sales interest can apply).
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), interpersonal abilities, and confidence in interacting with learners.
  • Language proficiency : Must have fluency in Malayalam along with excellent English communication.
  • A structured approach to follow-ups, pipeline management, and achieving targets.
  • Highly motivated, hardworking individuals with a learner-first mindset .
  • Empathetic, patient, and passionate about helping learners achieve their career goals.
  • Languages Known

  • Must know Malayalam
  • Excellent proficiency in English
  • Work Location & Working Days

  • Work from Home
  • 6-day working week.
  • Training Location : Hyderabad
  • Work Timings : 11 : 00 AM 9 : 00 PM
  • No. of Working days / Week off : Rotational (Not on Saturday,Sunday)
