Role Overview : We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager who will lead a high-performing team while driving technical excellence and timely deliveries. This role requires someone with a strong engineering foundation, proven team leading experience, and a passion for leveraging AI tools to enhance coding, planning, and execution. This is your chance to shape both technology and an engineering team of 15+ people, owning end-to-end delivery while mentoring engineers and influencing product strategy.

Our tech stack : Node .Js, Flutter, Angular, SQL (RDS), PHP, AWS, GCP.

What you’ll do :

  • Own end-to-end technical deliveries – from design to deployment, ensuring quality, timelines, and scalability.
  • Drive sprint planning and execution, ensuring smooth collaboration and on-time releases
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a passionate team of engineers, fostering ownership and innovation.
  • Integrate AI-powered tools into engineering workflows for smarter coding, testing, and project management.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and customer success teams to deliver product roadmap.
  • Build engineering best practices suitable for a fast-paced growing startup.
  • Experiment with new technologies, frameworks, and processes to continuously improve productivity.
  • Lead the QA team, ensuring robust testing processes and high product quality.

Must Have :

  • BE / B.Tech or ME / M.Tech in Computer Science or related fields.
  • 8-12 years overall experience, with minimum 3 years leading tech teams.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end technical ownership and delivery.
  • Experience working in startup or growth-stage companies.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to remain hands-on.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (like Windsurf, Cursor, Copilot etc) in software development workflows.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    • Good to have :

  • Exposure to SaaS or product-based environments.
  • Experience scaling engineering teams and setting up processes.
  • Cloud-native architecture experience (AWS / GCP / Azure).
  • Experience scaling teams and setting up engineering processes.
  • Familiarity with DevOps and CI / CD and modern software development practices.
