We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compensation & Benefits (C&B) professional to lead and manage C&B strategies and operations across Asia & Pacific . The Regional C&B Partner, will be responsible for ensuring competitive and compliant total rewards practices, aligning with global guidelines while adapting to local needs. This role requires close collaboration with HR Business Partners, Finance, Global C&B, Legal and external vendors.
The role reports directly to the Head of Global Compensation & Benefits , with a matrix reporting lines to the HR CU Heads.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement and communicate Total Rewards frameworks, guidelines, and policies in the regions
- Develop and implement regional compensation structures, salary ranges, and incentive plans aligned with global C&B policies
- Partner with HR Business Partners to design compensation packages that attract, retain, and motivate top talent
- Conduct market surveys and benchmarking studies regularly to maintain the company's competitive position
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and employment standards across all operating countries
- Collaborate with the global C&B team on global projects and initiatives, ensuring regional representation
- Support the design and implementation of Sales incentive Plan (SIP), ensuring they are attractive, aligned with the business objectives, cost-effective, and compliant across all operating countries
- Responsible for reviewing employee benefits to ensure legal compliance, market competitiveness, and cost efficiency
- Analyze and report on compensation data to deliver actionable insights to management and support data-driven decision-making
- Partner with HRBPs, Finance Department and Business Leaders to ensure compensation decisions support business Master's / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree is an advantage
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards, preferably in multinational environments
- Solid knowledge of compensation structures, SIP programs, and compliance requirements across multiple countries
- Proven experience working across multiple countries and cultures
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage
- Strong analytical and Excel skills; ability to translate data into insights
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Skilled at working within complex organizational structures, with the ability to navigate layered decision-making processes and build alignment across senior leadership and local teams
- High integrity and ability to handle confidential information
- Comfortable working under ambiguity and within fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities across a complex, matrixed organization
- Collaborate and build strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders across Asia & Pacific with flexibility of different timezones
