Job Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Associate / Campaign Manager Sales Intelligence to lead and optimize data-driven sales campaigns, ensuring maximum outreach efficiency and pipeline conversions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B campaign strategies, sales data insights, and campaign performance analytics, along with the ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
Key Responsibilities (KRA) :
- Design, execute, and optimize multichannel B2B sales campaigns using sales intelligence tools and platforms
- Leverage data insights to identify target accounts, decision-makers, and buyer intent signals for campaign targeting
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics such as engagement, lead quality, pipeline generation, and ROI
- Develop and manage campaign content assets in collaboration with marketing teams
- Enable Sales teams with account intelligence, persona research, and tailored messaging strategies
- Own lead scoring models and workflows to align Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales
Qualified Leads (SQLs)
Continuously refine audience segmentation based on data enrichment, industry trends, and market responseCollaborate with CRM, analytics, and automation teams to streamline campaign delivery and attributionPartner with Product and Customer Success teams to execute upsell / cross-sell campaignsStay current with industry trends, competitive intelligence tools, and campaign best practicesRequired Skillset :
Strong experience with sales intelligence platforms like ZoomInfo, Lusha, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ClearbitProficient in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot, etc.)Solid understanding of lead generation, sales enablement, and account-based marketing (ABM)Excellent analytical and reporting skills using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or GoogleData Studio
Expertise in B2B campaign management, segmentation strategy, and conversion optimizationStrong project management and communication skills to manage cross-functional teamsEducational Qualification :
