Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end SAP Basis administration , including installation, configuration, upgrades, migrations, client copies, and system refreshes.
- Manage and support SAP BTP services , subaccounts, entitlements, and connectivity.
- Configure and maintain SAP Cloud Connector for secure connectivity between on-prem and cloud SAP systems.
- Support integration scenarios using BTP Integration Suite , API management, destinations, and connectivity services.
- Monitor SAP systems’ performance, health, and availability across cloud and on-prem environments.
- Manage and troubleshoot SAP systems (ECC, S / 4HANA, BW / 4HANA, PO, Solution Manager).
- Perform user administration, roles, authorizations, and transport management.
- Implement SAP kernel upgrades, support packs, notes, and patches.
- Work with SAP HANA database administration including backup, recovery, and performance tuning.
- Support cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for SAP system hosting.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and audit requirements across systems.
- Provide L2 / L3 technical support and root-cause analysis for system issues.
- Collaborate with functional, development, and integration teams for project and support activities.
