- Confident in handling conversations via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Handle and respond to inquiries / leads received through websites, referrals, social platforms, and campaigns.Assess and qualify leads according to predefined factors such as budget, service suitability, and timelines.Carry out initial interactions with potential clients (email / phone / WhatsApp) to create interest and establish rapport.Keep in touch with non-priority leads by sharing information packs or scheduling follow-up calls.Ensure prompt responses to all inquiries (within 24 hours).Provide regular updates to the Management through daily / weekly reports on lead status and progress.Education Qualification : Graduate – Specialization in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing preferred.
