Description : About the Role :
We are hiring a Pega CDH Expert for one of our leading global clients in the US Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Pega CDH, strong leadership capabilities, and experience in driving end-to-end implementations across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and deliver end-to-end Pega CDH implementations, including NBA, decision strategies, adaptive models, and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data, Marketing, Cloud, and Integration) to design and deploy effective decisioning solutions.
- Drive omni-channel integrations to enhance customer engagement and personalization.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior team members.
- Ensure alignment with business objectives, technical standards, and best practices within the Pega ecosystem.
Required Skills & Experience :
10+ years of total IT experience.4+ years of hands-on experience in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).Proven exposure to NBA, decision strategies, adaptive and predictive modeling.Solid understanding of Pega Platform v8.x+.Strong experience in omni-channel integrations and leadership roles.Nice-to-Have Skills :
Pega Certifications : PCDC (highly preferred), CSA, CSSA.Experience with cloud deployments (GCP, AWS, or Azure).Exposure to data-driven marketing and optimization initiatives.Innovative and analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization.Why Join Us :
