Role Summary :
The Salesforce FSL Architect will define the enterprise architecture for Field Service Lightning and Service Cloud solutions. This role involves designing innovative, scalable solutions, integrating with multiple enterprise systems, and shaping Salesforce strategy across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and govern enterprise-level FSL architecture, including service scheduling, mobile workforce optimization, and SLA management.
- Design and oversee complex integrations with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise platforms.
- Lead multiple development teams, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Establish governance, coding standards, and architectural guidelines for Salesforce development.
- Work closely with executive leadership to align Salesforce strategy with business objectives.
- Drive innovation in field service operations using Salesforce platform features.
- Evaluate new Salesforce releases, third-party solutions, and technology trends for Skills :
- Extensive expertise in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Service Cloud architecture.
- Advanced proficiency in Apex, SOQL / SOSL, REST API, asynchronous Apex, and LWC development.
- Proven track record in large-scale ERP integrations and enterprise system architecture.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and compliance Skills :
- Salesforce DevOps and CI / CD pipeline implementation experience.
- Ability to lead technical innovation workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Experience with global, multi-region deployments and high-volume enterprise systems
