Assistant Merchandise & Allocator

Job Descriptions

• Allocate store merchandise based on sales results, store grading, seasonal plans, and strategy.
• Execute weekly and seasonal stock replenishment activities based on sales, forecasts, and inventory measurements.
• Oversee monitoring of product sell-through rates and IST or reorder initiations.
• Assess slow- and fast-moving stock and take corrective allocation actions.
• Collaborate with warehouse and supply chain teams to control delivery dates and stock-in-transit levels.
• Prepare cross-category, cross-store, and cross-style daily, weekly, and monthly sales and stock reports.
• Assess stock cover, stock turn, and performance by SKU / store to uncover areas of potential growth and risk.
• Support merchandising and buying decisions by providing relevant sell-through and trend analyses.
• Oversee product, inventory, and lifecycle management from launch, through markdowns, to clearance.
• Identify aging stock and dead stock and recommend strategies for liquidation.
• Participate in monthly stock-takes, reconciliations, and discrepancies resolving.
