Frontend Arts - Functional Consultant - Oracle EBS Module

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the SME for Oracle Project Accounting within Oracle EBS R12, providing expert guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Lead workshops and meetings with customers to gather and analyze business requirements related to Project Accounting.
• Design and propose effective, scalable Oracle Project Accounting solutions aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with technical teams, including EBS developers, to ensure smooth integration and customization (CEMLI) support where applicable.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve complex functional issues related to Project Accounting modules.
• Engage stakeholders across all levels with clear and effective communication, ensuring alignment and managing expectations.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure solutions meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement Qualifications & Skills :
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 implementation with a strong focus on Project Accounting.
• Proven expertise as a functional consultant or SME in Oracle Project Accounting.
• Experience in conducting requirement workshops, gap analysis, and solution design.
• Good to have experience in Oracle EBS technical development (CEMLI) and support.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and deliver projects on Qualifications :
• Oracle certifications related to EBS or Project Accounting (advantageous).
