Project Manager - Coupa Expert

Coupa experts with a passion for driving transformation at scale lead global rollouts across procurement, sourcing, and payment processes ensuring seamless integration, technical excellence and business alignment.

Coupa project managers own end-to-end delivery of Coupa solutions working across multiple geographies and teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Develop and implement Coupa solutions across global business functions.
  • Serve as technical SME for the Coupa platform overseeing integrations upgrades and solution enhancements.
  • Manage data migration activities including mapping cleansing and validation.
  • Collaborate with middleware ERP teams to ensure smooth data flow and system interoperability.
  • Oversight of full project delivery lifecycle from planning and testing through to post-go-live stabilisation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams DevOps infrastructure and QA to ensure aligned execution.
  • Support a DevOps-driven culture identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • Main technical contact for internal stakeholders and vendors managing governance risk and change controls.
  • Ensure SOx compliance and maintain comprehensive documentation across all platform enhancements.

Key requirements :

  • 10–12+ years experience in IT delivery including extensive Coupa project leadership.
  • Proven success leading global Coupa implementations from design to deployment.
  • Coupa Certified with strong knowledge of platform capabilities and module interconnectivity.
  • Solid understanding of integration technologies e.g. MuleSoft Dell Boomi Azure Integration Services Kafka.
  • Skilled in ETL tools Informatica Talend or SQL scripting.
  • Familiar with cloud platforms AWS Azure or GCP and hybrid integration strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to engage across technical and business teams.
  • Experience working in Agile / DevOps environments.
  • Comfortable managing vendors and third-party delivery teams.
  • Degree in Computer Science Engineering or related technical field.
