Job description2–3years in financial services, ideally in broking house, sub broker channel, or mutual fund distribution.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Identify and onboard sub-brokers / APs, explain revenue models, and ensure compliance. Conduct training, drive client acquisition, boost AUM, and cross-sell products. Track KPIs, gather market feedback, maintain CRM, and report progress to management.
