Job Description
The Finance Officer is responsible for carrying out financial administration and accounting duties in accordance with the policies and procedures of the organization. The Finance Officer will work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure that all financial operations are carried out in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and budgeting.
Prepare and analyse balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements.
Monitor cash flow, investments, and other financial activities.
Prepare financial reports for management and other stakeholders.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
Analyse financial data to identify potential areas of improvement.
Prepare and manage accounts and Payroll.
Liaise with stakeholders.
Track and report on budget performance.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Provide support and advice to other departments on financial matters

Essential Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Previous experience working with accounting software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
