UI Developer - React.js

Position : UI Developer, React Js.

Location : Remote.

Duration : Contract and Full time.

Fulltime : All benefits are included.

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, enhance, and customize ReactJS-based components and plugins for the Backstage framework.
• Understand and extend core and advanced features of ReactJS, ensuring code scalability and maintainability.
• Perform performance profiling, debugging, and optimization of web applications.
• Work with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Esbuild, etc.) to improve developer experience and application performance.
• Apply UI / UX best practices, ensuring accessibility and responsive design standards are met.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery writing effective prompts and reviewing AI-generated code for quality and compliance with project standards.
• Collaborate closely with architects and senior engineers to ensure clean, modular, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to continuously improve the engineering process.
