Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation consultant to support annual compensation planning, variable pay processes, and system design enhancements within SuccessFactors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Configure and support SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules
- Lead design workshops to define compensation cycles, guidelines, and planning rules
- Create and configure compensation worksheets, budgets, eligibility rules, and compensation statements
- Configure lookup tables, business rules, EC-integrated data models, and proration logic
- Support cycle planning, testing, execution, and post-cycle reconciliation
- Prepare documentation and training materials for HR and managers
- Troubleshoot compensation-related issues and support release management
- Collaborate with Employee Central (EC) and PMGM modules for synchronized data flows
Required Skills :
- 46+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
- Strong understanding of compensation planning and variable pay frameworks
- Hands-on experience with worksheets, budgets, eligibility, statements, and business rules
- SAP SuccessFactors Compensation certification (preferred)
Nice to Have :
- Experience with Variable Pay cycle design
- Exposure to compensation analytics and dashboards
