Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Python / FastAPI Development Lead to design, build, and manage high-performance backend services. The ideal candidate will own the full API lifecycle—from architecture to deployment—while guiding the team with strong leadership and engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using FastAPI
• Implement asynchronous programming and scalable backend logic
• Lead the end-to-end API lifecycle : design → development → deployment
• Drive best coding practices , automated testing, and CI / CD workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers
• Ensure robust version control and release processes using Git
