Role & responsibilities :

Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Product Engineering organization, ensuring alignment with overall business and product objectives.

Develop and implement the long-term technology strategy, focusing on scalability, innovation, security, and performance across platforms and systems.

Architect and deliver cloud-native, high-performance, and secure solutions, driving modernization and technology excellence.

Integrate AI / ML capabilities into products in partnership with Data Science teams to enable intelligent automation, personalization, and responsible AI practices.

Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a high-performance culture built on innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and cross-functional leaders to ensure seamless roadmap execution, design consistency, and customer-centric outcomes.

Establish and track key engineering metrics (KPIs) — including velocity, quality, reliability, and cost efficiency — to measure and improve organizational performance.

Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, tools, and infrastructure, optimizing for speed, quality, and operational excellence.

Represent the engineering function in senior leadership forums, providing strategic insights, progress updates, and technical recommendations.

Candidate requirements :

18+ years of experience in the software industry, preferably in the Healthcare domain with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Proven Product Engineering leader with strong people management and Agile delivery experience.

Skilled in designing, developing, and delivering innovative, cloud-native products using AWS or Azure.

Strong understanding of cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and containerization.

Experienced in large-scale product delivery management with a focus on quality, utilization, and profitability.

Ability to identify and resolve complex integration challenges and mitigate implementation risks.

Knowledge of DevOps, CI / CD, and modern engineering practices.

Exposure to SaaS platforms, data architecture, analytics, and AI / ML integration.
