Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Housekeeping Supervisor based in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and organization in communal spaces and private areas. Responsibilities include managing laundry services, training housekeeping staff, and ensuring a high standard of customer service to maintain resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and coordinate housekeeping staff effectively.
• Proficiency in Housekeeping and Laundry operations to uphold cleanliness and service standards.
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure resident satisfaction and address feedback professionally.
• Ability to train and guide staff on best practices and maintain schedules efficiently.
• Prior experience in hospitality or residential management is beneficial.
• A diploma or certification in hotel management or a related field is an advantage.
