R&D Program Lead - Wax Chemistry

We’re Hiring : Senior Manager / Project Lead – R&D (Wax Chemistry)

📍 Location : Nasik | 🏢 AM Lubricants

AM Lubricants is expanding its R&D capabilities and is looking for an experienced PhD Chemist with deep expertise in wax chemistry , especially polyethylene and paraffin waxes .

In this role, you will lead end-to-end R&D initiatives, working on innovative wax-based dispersions, emulsions, and specialty formulations used across paints, coatings, inks, adhesives, and plastics.

🔬 What You’ll Do :

• Drive R&D projects in wax synthesis, modification & formulation.
• Develop next-generation dispersions / emulsions for industrial applications.
• Conduct hands-on lab work and support scale-up to production.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and provide technical support to customers.
