SAP Success Factors Technical Consultant

Location : Mumbai (Work from Office)

Experience : 7-15 years

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Payroll implementations and support projects.
• Configure, customize, and optimize EC and Payroll functionalities as per business requirements.
• Integrate SuccessFactors with SAP HANA and other relevant modules.
• Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Handle issue resolution, change requests, and system Strong SAP experience with focus on SuccessFactors (Employee Central & Payroll).
• Hands-on experience in SAP HANA environments preferred.
• Proven track record in implementation, rollout, and support projects.
