Job Title : Hearing Aid Technician / Consultant

Location : Dadar, Mumbai

Employment Type : Full-Time

Salary : Up to 5,00,000 per annum

Vacancies : 2

Experience Required : 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with relevant training may also apply)

Job Description :

We are looking for skilled and compassionate Hearing Aid Technicians to join our audiology team. The ideal candidates will work closely with audiologists to provide high-quality hearing healthcare services, including hearing a id fitting, maintenance, and patient support. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within the hearing healthcare sector while making a direct impact on patients' quality of life.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet and assist patients with professionalism and empathy.
  • Diagnosing and treating hearing-related conditions under supervision of an Audiologist.
  • Conduct hearing aid trials and fittings based on audiometric evaluations.
  • Perform troubleshooting and basic repairs of hearing aids.
  • Carry out reprogramming and fine-tuning of hearing devices as needed.
  • Educate and counsel patients on hearing aid usage, maintenance, and best practices.
  • Conduct regular follow-up appointments to ensure patient satisfaction and device performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patient-centric approach with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under the supervision of an audiologist.
