Shift : General Shift (5 Days Working)

We are now expanding our team and looking for an experienced HR Manager who can build a strong organizational culture, streamline HR operations, and lead our people initiatives with passion and strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and employee engagement programs.
Handle onboarding, training, and performance management systems.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Drive initiatives for employee retention, productivity, and workplace culture.
Coordinate with management to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
Maintain HR records, reports, and analytics for decision-making.
Act as a bridge between management and employees for smooth communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in an IT or Technology company.

Strong understanding of recruitment, payroll, compliance, and performance management.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Proficiency with HRMS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, growing environment.
