Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Store Manager with a strong background in the automobile industry . The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the stores, including managing all activities related to material receipt, issuance, and storage. A key part of this role is effective inventory management , utilizing your expertise in ERP and SAP systems to maintain accurate records and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

Stores Operations : Manage all daily stores activities , including the receipt, issue, and storage of materials. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date store records .
Inventory Management : Oversee and execute all aspects of inventory management , ensuring optimal stock levels and accuracy. This includes using your knowledge of ERP and SAP systems to track and control inventory.
Material Inward & Documentation : Handle all aspects of material inward entry, including processing documents like GRIN (Goods Receipt Incoming Note), INVOICE , and RGP (Returnable Gate Pass) .

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role within the automobile industry .

Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.

Proficiency in ERP and SAP systems is required.

Experience with material inward documentation, such as GRIN, INVOICE , and RGP .

Skills
