About the Role

We're looking for a Business Finance Manager to partner with cross-functional teams and drive financial clarity, cost efficiency, and process excellence. The role combines business understanding with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to help build a financially disciplined and scalable organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Partner with different functions to identify cost centers and improve efficiency across business P&Ls.
  • Support monthly P&L analysis, highlight key variances, and drive actionable insights with teams.
  • Analyse cash conversion cycles and identify gaps in payables, receivables, and inventory processes.
  • Recommend and track initiatives to improve working capital efficiency.
  • Assist in preparing the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and periodic forecasts.
  • Conduct monthly / quarterly variance analysis to compare actual performance against plan and highlight key business drivers.
  • Work with business and functional leaders to define measurable KPIs.
  • Build and maintain dashboards or reports to track performance against business goals.
  • Map existing processes, identify improvement areas, and document SOPs for critical finance and business functions.
  • Support automation and standardization of processes to enable scale.

Key Qualifications & Skills

  • CA / MBA (Finance) / Graduate with strong financial acumen and analytical background.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or Management Reporting roles.
  • Strong command over Excel and financial analysis;
  • exposure to ERP / BI tools (Power BI, Zoho, etc.) preferred.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
