We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual with 3-5 years of experience to join our team as a Client Service & Social Media Manager. If you have a passion for building strong client relationships, a knack for engaging online communities, and are eager to drive brand success across digital platforms, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do :

  • Client Relationship Management :  Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Social Media Strategy & Execution :  Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies, manage content calendars, create engaging posts, and monitor performance across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, , Twitter).
  • Content Collaboration :  Work closely with our creative and content teams to ensure social media content aligns with client objectives and brand voice.
  • Reporting & Analysis :  Monitor social media trends, track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and provide regular reports with actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Problem Solving :  Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of service delivery.

What We're Looking For :

  • 3-5 years  of experience in client service and social media management, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts and successful social media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms, analytics tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong understanding of English, both written and spoken, for effective client communication and content creation.
