Data Quality Analysts - AM

We are looking for skilled Data Quality Analysts to join our team as consultants. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data used across various business functions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data quality metrics and processes, and identify areas for improvement in our data management practices.

• Experience : 6 to 8 years
• Location : Bangalore

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement data quality assessment processes to analyze data across various databases and systems.

2. Design and maintain data quality metrics and dashboards to track data quality performance.

3. Identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring corrective actions are taken to prevent future occurrences.

4. Collaborate with IT and business units to define data quality standards, policies, and procedures.

5. Conduct data profiling and data validation to assess the status of data quality and recommend necessary enhancements.

6. Create and update documentation related to data quality processes, methodologies, and supported systems.

7. Train and support staff in data quality practices and tools.

8. Participate in cross-functional teams to ensure data quality requirements are integrated into systems development and implementation.

Technical Skills :

Required Qualifications :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. A minimum of 4 years of experience in data quality analysis or a related field.

3. Proven ability to analyze large datasets and synthesize complex information.

4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
