Job descriptionArchitecture Design : Define and implement scalable backend architectures using Java and Spring Boot. Team Leadership : Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and Agile methodologies. Project Management Tools : Use JIRA and Confluence for tracking and collaboration. API Management : Design and manage APIs using API Gateway and Controllers. Containerization : Deploy and manage applications using Docker. Version Control : Manage code repositories using GIT (very important). Build Tools : Utilize Gradle or Maven for build and dependency management. Database Integration : Work with MySQL, SQL, or MongoDB for data storage and access. Testing & Debugging : Conduct unit testing, debugging, and ensure code quality. System Knowledge : Work with QBase systems (very important). Agile Delivery : Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have 10–12 years of experience, a strong foundation in Java-based technologies, cloud platforms, and Agile methodologies, along with 1–4 years of team management experience.
