Leads will be generated from the assigned bank (different channels available across Life Insurance and Health Insurance companies).Cross-sell various financial products to bank customers.Drive customer business development and manage customer relationships.Employment will be under the payrolls of the insurance company.Schedule appointments, assess customers' financial needs (life-related investments & insurance needs), recommend suitable products, gain agreement to purchase, and complete sales documentation accurately.Preference for candidates with experience in Life / Health / General Insurance .Acquire customers using the bank's database, walk-ins, and generated prospects.Ensure sales completion by coordinating medical reports and ensuring timely policy issuance.Explore opportunities to develop new markets / segments in line with company's sales strategy.Support other Relationship Managers and bank sales teams through coaching on products, services, and selling skills; accompany them on client visits and demonstrate effective behavior.Required Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any insurance channel.
- Candidates from insurance, banking, pharma, retail, telecom, or other sales verticals are eligible.
- Insurance or BFSI experience is mandatory.
- Graduation is required.
- Strong track record and employment stability are essential.
