Assistant IT Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on Assistant IT Manager to lead technology operations across our restaurants and offices. You’ll manage everything from POS systems to cloud services, ensuring uptime, security, and seamless guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee IT operations, budgets, and vendor management across multiple sites.
• Manage restaurant tech stack : POS, payments, KDS, printers, Wi-Fi, and integrations.
• Handle inventory & costing systems — recipes, stock, and ERP sync.
• Ensure uptime & SLAs; lead L1 / L2 support and critical incident response.
• Drive IT security, data protection, and compliance.
• Deliver new store openings and tech rollouts on time and within budget.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, and HR to align tech with business goals.
