Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Quantity Surveyor located in the Bangalore Urban district. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for controlling and managing project costs, preparing Bills Of Quantities (BOQ), and cost planning and reporting. Daily tasks include cost estimation, budgeting, and financial forecasting for landscape architecture projects.

Qualifications

• Cost Control, Cost Management skills
• Experience in BOQ preparation and Cost Planning
• Proficient in Cost Reporting
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Bachelor's degree / diploma in Civil Engineering
• Experience in landscape architecture or construction projects is a plus
