Role Overview :

The Solutioning Specialist will be responsible for translating business and client requirements into detailed workflows, product documents, and presentation decks. The role demands strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills with the ability to work across internal teams (tech, data, marketing) and external banking stakeholders.

They will drive solution design, requirement drafting, product positioning, and demo preparation across multiple fintech projects with top banks (IndusInd, Yes Bank, etc.).

Key Responsibilities :

1. Requirement Analysis & Translation :

• Understand business objectives, client requirements, and pain points.
• Translate them into structured workflows, journey maps, and solution documents.
• Work closely with client teams to capture specifications accurately.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

7-10 years of experience in product, solutioning, or pre-sales roles within BFSI / Fintech / SaaS.

Strong understanding of digital banking journeys, CPaaS, AI / ML-based solutions, CRM systems, and campaign platforms.

Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Figma, or journey mapping tools.

Prior experience with banking clients preferred.
