Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Marketer .

The individual will create, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads , and other paid media platforms to drive measurable growth.

You’ll be responsible for :

Planning, executing, and scaling digital ad campaigns.
Conducting A / B tests and optimizing creatives, copy, and landing pages.
Analyzing data sets using tools like Google Analytics or Mixpanel to identify performance opportunities.
Managing budgets and ROAS efficiently across campaigns.
Collaborating with design and growth teams to craft high-impact ad creatives.
Driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention for FavHiker and client projects.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Meta Ads , Google Ads , and other paid media platforms.

Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics , Appsflyer , Mixpanel , or similar.

Understanding of growth marketing , A / B testing , and ROI optimization .

Strong creative and communication skills for working with designers and clients.

Familiarity with SEO , conversion rate optimization (CRO) , and landing page design .

Data-driven mindset with skills in statistical analysis and performance tracking .

Ability to work remotely and manage campaigns independently.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field .

Prior experience in a performance or growth marketing role is preferred.
