Role Overview.
- The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end Human Resources functions of The Chennai Silks Corporate Office in Tirupur.
- She will play a key role in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training & development, and ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies and compliance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities.
Recruitment & Staffing.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for corporate office and key positions.Partner with department heads to understand manpower needs and ensure timely hiring.Build talent pipelines for future requirements.Employee Relations & Engagement.
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.Plan and execute employee engagement activities.HR Operations & Compliance.
Maintain employee records, HRMS, and payroll inputs.Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.Implement and update HR policies in alignment with corporate standards.Performance Management.
Drive appraisal cycles, feedback sessions, and goal-setting processes.Work with managers to address performance improvement plans.Recognize and reward high-performing employees.Learning & Development.
Identify training needs and design training calendars.Coordinate with external trainers / consultants as required.Track training effectiveness and employee skill growth.Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of HR functions and labor laws.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Problem-solving and conflict management abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.Qualifications
