Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Support

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant is responsible to technically support of MS-Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations (formerly AX) for our UK manufacturing client for their India office in Bengaluru. This role ensures a smooth transition from implementation by providing expert technical support during hypercare and beyond. It focuses on maintaining and optimizing Dynamics 365 F&O components to uphold system performance across live environments.

Responsibilities

Batch job creation and monitoring

Workflow configuration and troubleshooting

Data corrections and patch deployments

Printer and scanner integration

Security roles and user access management

Version control and release management

Integration support with custom / third-party apps

Hypercare support (post go-live issue resolution)

Backlog management for live sites

Collaboration with functional consultants and business stakeholders

Training and testing support

Documentation and standards compliance

Qualifications

• 5 + years in Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations, or D365 F&O
• D365 Technical Support experience
• Understanding of printers, handheld scanners and F&O as a cloud hosted application
